What is Transpersonal Hypnotherapy?

Transpersonal Hypnotherapy takes into account the mind, body, and spirit. Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation, during which you are able to receive suggestions that contribute to your well-being. The experience is very much like meditation or daydreaming. We temporarily ask the conscious mind to step aside so that we can retrain the subconscious—the place where habits and memories exist—to behave more beneficially during day-to-day life. Hypnotherapy can be used for a number of purposes: stress reduction, pain management, insomnia, phobias, and removal of undesirable habits, as well as improved mental and physical performance.
